All Sales Are Final

All subscription purchases, including upgrades or tier changes, are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, you gain immediate access to a curated digital experience, and therefore we cannot offer refunds under any circumstance other than the exception "Missing or Undelivered Features" outlined below.

Subscription Access Terms

If you cancel or allow your subscription to lapse (=don't renew it), your access to subscriber-only content will be revoked at the end of the paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days, early cancellations, or lapses in usage.

When you subscribe, you are purchasing temporary access, not ownership or lifetime use of the material. This model enables us to continuously update and maintain a high standard of content across tiers.

Exception — Missing or Undelivered Features

We guarantee access to all benefits clearly stated in your selected tier. If a promised feature—such as access to a specific book or tier-exclusive content—is not available due to error, omission, or technical issue, you may contact us within 48 hours of subscribing to request a resolution. These cases will be evaluated individually.

Mindful Subscriptions

We ask our readers to subscribe with clarity and purpose. We do not issue refunds in cases including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect tier selection

• Change of mind after subscribing

• Subscription regret or underuse

• Belated cancellation or financial circumstances

Our digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. Each subscription directly supports our mission to preserve and elevate literature that matters.

Chargeback Policy

All unauthorized chargebacks will be formally disputed. Our products are non-returnable digital goods, and access constitutes delivery. We reserve the right to provide transaction records and access logs to confirm usage and fulfillment.
