Return & Refund Policy
This policy complies with EU and Polish consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Digital Content Directive (2019/770/EU). It is designed to protect the sustainability of our publishing ecosystem while honoring clarity, fairness, and legal transparency.

We take great care in curating a literary archive that offers substance, beauty, and value. Our subscription plan provides digital access to this catalog for the duration of your active subscription. By subscribing, you are entering into a digital access agreement—not a purchase of physical goods or permanent ownership. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Free Trial & Activation Terms

We offer a 3-day free trial for our subscription plan. During this trial, you receive full access to subscriber-only content without charge. This trial is intended to help you explore the catalogue and determine whether our offerings align with your interests.

If you do not cancel within 3 days, your subscription will be automatically activated and considered purchased. From that moment, you will be charged, your access will continue uninterrupted, and your statutory right of withdrawal under EU and Polish law will be waived, as digital delivery has commenced with your consent.

Refund boundaries and cancellation exclusions are detailed in the section below. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

This structure complies with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 3(1) of Directive 2019/770/EU, which allow businesses to limit withdrawal rights for digital content once delivery begins and the user has consented.

All Sales Are Final — With Legal Exceptions

All subscription purchases are non-refundable once post-trial access begins, except in cases where a promised feature—such as access to a specific book—is missing due to error, omission, or technical fault. If such an issue occurs, you may contact us within 48 hours of activation to request a resolution. These cases will be evaluated individually and may result in a technical fix, content delivery, or partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved. We will respond to all valid claims within seven (7) business days.

We do not accept cancellations or refund requests for reasons including change of mind, subscription regret, underuse, forgetting the trial duration, or misunderstanding the offer. Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste, genre preferences, or comparisons to free alternatives. Accessing a book and later deciding it wasn’t enjoyable, relevant, or aligned with expectations does not constitute grounds for a refund. â€‹This applies to dissatisfaction with specific books or collections, whether public domain or otherwise. Our catalogue includes two types of titles: Classical Gems, which are public domain works selected for their enduring literary merit, and Hasalynx Pearls, original titles developed in-house by Hasalynx Press.

1. Classical Gems consist of public domain titles that may be freely available elsewhere, but their inclusion in our catalogue reflects intentional curation—not exclusivity. We do not issue refunds or accept chargebacks based on the discovery that a book is in the public domain or accessible for free through other platforms, or that it had been edited with help of AI-assisted processes.

2. Hasalynx Pearls consist of titles created in the house by Hasalynx Press and its previous imprints—Always Inspired Writing and Sunflower Romance Press. These works are released under branded author identities (not individual authors) and may be crafted with the help of ghostwriters or using a range of creative tools, including AI-assisted processes. Unless explicitly stated, we make no guarantees about the authorship method of individual titles.

Every book in our catalogue is selected for its emotional resonance, literary value, and contribution to the archive. Speculation or discovery about the origin of a book’s content or editing process does not constitute valid grounds for refunds.

All covers are designed using various digital tools, including third-party service provides like Canva, or AI, and we do not offer refunds or accept chargebacks based on assumptions or confirmed use of such tools.

We also do not provide refunds due to dissatisfaction with translation quality, such as translations not being perfectly localized, stylistically matched, or rendered to native fluency, or created with the help of translating programs or AI. All translated editions are provided as supplementary access; the English catalogue serves as the editorial basis which is the basis of your subscription. You may only request a refund it a specific language version is missing, but not in the other situations.

Subscription Access Terms

Your subscription grants access to our digital catalogue only while your subscription remains active and paid. If you cancel or allow your subscription to lapse, access to subscriber-only content will be revoked automatically at the end of the current paid term.

If you do not wish to continue with your subscription, you may disable auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. This will prevent future charges, and your access will end when the current billing cycle concludes.

You may not download, retain, or archive any content after cancellation. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days, early cancellations, or lapses in usage.

This structure ensures fairness and protects the integrity of our digital offerings. It also reinforces the nature of the subscription as a temporary access agreement—not a transfer of ownership or permanent license.

Chargeback & Abuse Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized chargebacks. Our products are non-returnable digital goods, and access to subscriber-only content constitutes full delivery under EU and Polish consumer law.

Any chargeback—regardless of reason—will result in immediate account suspension and permanent revocation of access. We will also initiate formal dispute proceedings with the payment processor and, where applicable, pursue legal action under relevant consumer fraud statutes.

To protect the integrity of our platform, we reserve the right to provide transaction records, access logs, IP-based usage data, and timestamped activity reports as evidence of fulfillment and usage.

False claims, misuse of access, or attempts to bypass this policy will be treated as abuse. We take these matters seriously to ensure fairness for all subscribers and to protect the sustainability of our publishing ecosystem.

Refund Policy in case of Account Abuse

All registration details—including your name, email address, and payment information—must be true, accurate, and kept up to date. If we have reason to believe that any information provided is false, misleading, or unverifiable, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Your subscription may only be used within your household—defined as individuals who live with you. Sharing your account credentials with others outside your household is strictly prohibited. If we discover that an account is being accessed by multiple unrelated individuals, it will be suspended without refund.

Refunds will not be granted in cases of account misuse or breach of Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or violation of licensing boundaries. Under EU law for digital content, delivery constitutes fulfillment, and refund eligibility is void once access has been granted.

Legal Consent & Confirmation
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are purchasing digital content with immediate access, explicitly consent to begin delivery immediately, and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under EU and Polish law. You also agree to the terms outlined in this policy and confirm your understanding of our digital subscription structure.

This consent is required under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and Directive 2019/770/EU, as implemented in Polish law. It ensures that both parties enter the agreement with full transparency and legal clarity.
